How do I book a class?

I've never done yoga or Pilates. Where do I start?
Start with BE Flow or BE Zen — both are built for every body, including complete beginners. Tell your teacher it's your first class; with the studio's small class sizes you'll get personal guidance on setup and modifications. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and the studio provides the rest.
Which class should I try first?
