02 — VISIT · THE ROOMS, THE HOURS, THE PEOPLE

Intimate by design. Small rooms mean the teacher knows your name, your tight hip, and exactly when to adjust you.

Why small wins

The Studio BE runs on a simple conviction: a premium mind-body experience needs room to breathe — literally. Class sizes stay intentionally intimate across all three Houston studios, so every session ships with personalized guidance from Houston's top teachers rather than a crowd to disappear into.

New here? Start with BE Flow or BE Zen — both are built for every body. Book online, arrive fifteen minutes early, mention it's your first class, and wear clothes you can move in. Mats and props are provided; the teaching does the rest.

Beyond the weekly schedule, the studio holds retreats and teacher trainings throughout the year for students ready to go deeper — toward teaching, or simply toward a more serious practice. Ask in-studio or email [email protected] for the current calendar.

Questions

REAL ANSWERS · FROM THE STUDIO'S PUBLIC INFORMATION

How do I book a class?

Book online through thestudiobe.com — with intentionally small classes, reserving ahead is the reliable way in. Evening and weekend sessions fill first. If your class is full, call (832) 767-4542 and ask about the waitlist.

I've never done yoga or Pilates. Where do I start?

Start with BE Flow or BE Zen — every format is designed for every body, including complete beginners. Arrive 15 minutes early, tell your teacher it's your first visit, and you'll get setup help and modifications throughout.

Which class should I try first?

Match the class to your goal: unwind → BE Zen; move and breathe → BE Flow; hang and play → BE Aerial; machine precision → BE Reformer; core burn → BE Sculpted; build power → BE Strength. Most new students try one flow and one restorative class in their first week.

Where are the studios, and when are you open?

Three Houston locations: River Oaks (346) 618-1108, Heights (832) 767-4542, Montrose (713) 393-7411. Hours: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, Fri 7:15 AM–7:00 PM, Sat 8:30–11:30 AM, Sun 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Do you run teacher trainings or retreats?

Yes — retreats and teacher trainings are held throughout the year. They're built for students ready to go deeper, whether toward teaching or a more serious personal practice. Email [email protected] for the current calendar.
