THE SIX FORMATS

Choose your practice.

/ 01

BE Flow — vinyasa

Alignment-based vinyasa flow with intelligent sequencing. Breath-led movement that builds heat, focus, and fluid strength. The studio's signature — welcoming to beginners, demanding for veterans, designed for every body.

60 MIN · ALL LEVELS · MAT PROVIDED
/ 02

BE Zen — yin

Deeply restorative yin. Long-held postures, stillness, and a deliberate downshift of the nervous system. The counterweight to a loud week — bring tension, leave without it.

60 MIN · ALL LEVELS · PROPS PROVIDED
/ 03

BE Aerial — hammock

Playful, strength-building aerial yoga. The hammock supports inversions, deep stretches, and shapes the mat can't give you. Equal parts workout and playground — no upside-down experience required.

60 MIN · ALL LEVELS · HAMMOCK PROVIDED
/ 04

BE Reformer — machine

Intentional full-body reformer Pilates. Spring resistance meets precise cueing for strength, control, and flow in a single session. Low impact, high intention — the machine does not let you hide.

50 MIN · ALL LEVELS · SMALL GROUPS
/ 05

BE Sculpted — mat

Mat Pilates with a sculpt edge. Core-obsessed, low-impact, and quietly brutal. Small props, big burn — built for definition without the pounding.

50 MIN · ALL LEVELS · PROPS PROVIDED
/ 06

BE Strength — weights

Progressive strength training with weights. Structured programming that builds real power safely, coached rep by rep. For everyone who thought the studio was only about stretching.

50 MIN · ALL LEVELS · COACHED

Built for attention.

The Studio BE is a premium mind-body experience with a simple operating principle: keep the rooms small, keep the teaching serious. Every class across the three Houston studios — River Oaks, the Heights, Montrose — is sized so the teacher can actually see you, cue you, and adjust you.

That intimacy is the difference between a workout and a practice. Teachers learn your patterns: the shoulder that creeps up, the hip that needs coaxing. Personalized guidance from Houston's top teachers isn't a tagline here — it's what the room size makes possible.

For students who want more, the studio holds retreats and teacher trainings throughout the year — deeper immersions for practitioners ready to study the work, whether or not teaching is the goal.

First visit? Book online, arrive fifteen minutes early, and start with BE Flow or BE Zen. Wear clothes you can move in; everything else is provided. Most people find their format in week one and their teachers by month one. The number to start: (832) 767-4542.

Questions, answered.

REAL ANSWERS · FROM THE STUDIO'S PUBLIC INFORMATION

How do I book a class?

Book online through thestudiobe.com — with intentionally small classes, reserving ahead is the reliable way in. Evening and weekend sessions fill first. If your class is full, call (832) 767-4542 and ask about the waitlist.

I'm a complete beginner. Where do I start?

Start with BE Flow or BE Zen — every format is designed for every body. Arrive 15 minutes early, mention it's your first class, and the teacher will set you up with props and modifications. Wear clothes you can move in; mats are provided.

Which class should I try first?

Match the class to your goal: unwind → BE Zen; move and breathe → BE Flow; play in the air → BE Aerial; machine precision → BE Reformer; core burn → BE Sculpted; build power → BE Strength. New students often pair one flow with one restorative class in week one.

Where are you located, and when are you open?

Three Houston studios: River Oaks (346) 618-1108, Heights (832) 767-4542, Montrose (713) 393-7411. Hours: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, Fri 7:15 AM–7:00 PM, Sat 8:30–11:30 AM, Sun 8:30 AM–6:00 PM.

How much do classes cost?

Pricing varies by package — the sample cards on this page are illustrative only, not real rates. For current pricing and new-student offers, call (832) 767-4542 or email [email protected].
