LUNA YOGA · MONTREAL
A YOGA STUDIO IN OLD MONTREAL — EST. 2003

Strong practice.
Soft landing.

Founded in 2003 by Jennifer Maagendans, Luna Yoga is a community-rooted studio in the heart of Old Montreal. Most classes are dynamic vinyasa flows built for functional, full-body strength — always tied to breath, always taught with intention.

Alongside the stronger classes, grounding practices like Yin and Flo into Yin offer recovery and reset. Teaching is thoughtful, inclusive, and non-competitive: smart sequencing, clear alignment, and options for different bodies and energy levels.

Yoga is the spark. Community is the fire.

Find the studio at 231 Saint-Paul St West, Suite 200 — a five-minute walk from Place d'Armes metro. Prefer to talk first? Call (514) 845-1881.

"Strength with soul — movement that challenges and builds you up, while also supporting stress relief, balance, and long-term sustainability."
