I've never done yoga. Where do I start? +
Start with the intro offer and an Earth Flo or YogaFlo 1 class. Tell the teacher it's your first visit — you'll get alignment cues, prop options, and zero pressure to keep up. Arrive ten minutes early so the front desk can set you up.
Is Luna heated? +
Fire Flo runs warm; the rest of the schedule is unheated. The room is light-filled and ventilated — strong classes build their own heat through breath and movement.
What should I bring? +
Just yourself and comfortable clothes. Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are all provided free. Water is available at the studio; leave valuables minimal — cubbies are open.
Do you offer classes in French? +
Montreal is bilingual and so is the room. Classes are taught primarily in English with teachers happy to cue in French; the front desk speaks both.
Can I become a teacher here? +
Yes — the 200-hour training has run since 2011. Cohorts are intentionally small with real individual feedback, plus a 100-hour advanced series and a mentorship program for graduates. Ask below for the next start date.
