A yoga school — not a franchise
Therapeutic hot yoga for every body. 33+ classes a week (per yogaeastaustin.com), heated and non-heated, taught by full-time teachers with a decade or more on the mat.
01 — Heated · 90 min
The original hot yoga: 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105°F. The therapeutic sequence this school was built on — beginners welcome, regulars still humbled.
02 — Heated · 60 min
The same 26-posture sequence distilled for working days. Same heat, same discipline, half the time commitment.
03 — Warm · 75 min
Breath-led flow for discipline and strength. Creative sequencing that keeps muscles warm and attention exactly where it is.
04 — Warm · 75 min
Core strength and movement for joint health. Inversions and arm balances, with honest modifications for wherever you are today.
05 — Non-heated · 60 min
Happy spine, open hips, happy life. Slow, targeted work for the two places desk life ruins first.
06 — Non-heated · 60–75 min
Slow and steady for focus. Long holds, conscious breathing, floor-based shapes — the class regulars take when their bodies say "enough."
