The lineup
The original hot yoga and the backbone of this school. 26 postures and two breathing exercises, always in the same order — so you can stop thinking about what's next and start noticing what's changing.
The full therapeutic sequence, distilled for working days. Same heat, same discipline, scheduled for the hours you actually have.
Breath-led flow built for discipline and strength. Creative sequencing, steady pacing — the class that turns "I should stretch more" into a habit.
Core strength and movement for joint health. Inversions, arm balances, and honest modifications — built for wherever your body is today.
Happy spine, open hips, happy life. Slow, targeted work — props, deep holds, and walking out taller than you walked in.
Slow and steady for focus. Long holds and conscious breathing that ask more of your attention than your athleticism.
Yoga East Austin has taught in East Austin for over a dozen years, and most of our teachers teach full-time — ten or more years each. We've watched students arrive stiff from desk jobs and, months later, move like different people.
With practice you start to notice subtler things: relief, contraction, the gap between a feeling and your reaction to it. That's the real curriculum. The postures are just how we get there.

Everything, for three weeks: unlimited classes across 10+ styles and 38+ weekly offerings (per yogaeastaustin.com/pricing). It starts on your first class, expires 22 days later, and never auto-renews.
No. Arrive about 15 minutes early and say hello at the front desk. First-timers get a quick orientation — that's the whole system.
Water, a mat, and a towel. Rentals are $5 each; the $33 drop-in and $75 visitor week include a mat and two towels per class.
Bikram 60 or a non-heated Spine & Hips class. The sequence is fixed and the teacher talks you through every posture — resting whenever you need to is normal, not a failure.
