We are a small Miami crew and we do two things: lay fresh-cut sod, and design the planting around it. No call centers, no subcontractor roulette — the people who quote your yard are the people who show up with the pallets.

01 — The lay
A full re-sod starts with everything old coming out. We cut the tired turf away, find the low spots that drowned every August, and regrade until water moves. Then pallets go down in staggered seams, rolled twice, and soaked the same hour. You walk the lawn with us before we pack the truck.
02 — The design
Grass alone is a field; grass against planting is a garden. We draw curved beds that follow how you actually walk the yard, edge them in steel so the line stays crisp, and plant in three layers — palms for height, shrubs for body, groundcover to finish. Everything chosen for salt, sun, and storm season.
03 — The finish
The last hour matters most. Sprinklers get tuned for head-to-head coverage with a rain sensor, edges are cut clean against every bed and walk, and we leave you a watering schedule written for your yard. First mow around day eleven — we tell you the exact height for your grass.
Field guide — pick your grass
The South Florida default. Thick, deep green, loves full sun and shrugs off heat. Keep it mowed high and it chokes out most weeds on its own. Hates deep shade and chinch bugs — we watch for both.
The shade answer. Handles half-day sun under oaks, grows dense enough to feel like carpet, and needs less water once rooted. Slower to establish, so we lay it tight and babysit the first month.
The athlete. Mowed short, it takes foot traffic, dogs, and weekend soccer without going bald. Wants full sun and a sharp mower — dull blades tear it. The stripes it throws are the best in the business.
The workhorse. Not the prettiest blade on the block, but it roots deep, survives neglect, and costs less to lay across big yards. For large properties and rental lawns, it is the honest choice.
