Real lawns, real installs. We photograph every job at handover — the stripes are from the mower, not a filter.
Tired of patchy grass? We strip it, grade it, and lay fresh sod in a single day — most homes are green by dinner.
Call the crewSun? St. Augustine. Shade? Zoysia. Dogs and kids? Bermuda. Big yard, tight budget? Bahia.
Tear-out, grading, fresh pallets laid and rolled same-day, plus a 14-day watering plan.
Curved beds, palms and natives drawn for how they look in three years, then planted.
Sprinkler tuning, rain sensors, and French drains for the spots that flood every August.
Re-sodding dead zones and regrading scalped spots, matched to your existing grass.
From the first call to the first mow, every job runs the same five steps. No surprises, no "we'll figure it out on site" — the plan is written before the first pallet arrives.

Step 00 — Site visit
Twenty minutes, a tape measure, and honest answers. We tell you which grass fits your shade, whether your grade needs fixing, and what it costs — in writing, before we leave.

It depends on three things: how much old turf has to come out, whether the grade needs fixing, and which grass you pick. Our sample rate for a full tear-out and re-sod starts around $2.10 per square foot — but the number that matters is the written quote we leave after the free walk-through. No phone guesses, no ranges that double later.
Most residential lawns are stripped, graded, and fully laid in one day. You wake up to dirt and eat dinner looking at grass. Bigger properties and anything with drainage work gets a two-day plan, and we tell you that before we start — never at 4pm on day one.
Empire Zoysia, and it is not close. St. Augustine wants sun and sulks under oaks; Zoysia handles half-day shade and still looks dense. For full-sun yards we usually recommend Floratam, and for yards with dogs and kids running laps, Bermuda takes the beating best.
Every sod job includes a sprinkler check. We fix broken heads, tune the zones for head-to-head coverage, and add a rain sensor so you stop watering the sidewalk during storm season. New sod in Miami heat needs a real watering schedule — we write one for your yard and walk you through it.
Light foot traffic after two or three days; keep the dog and the soccer off for two weeks. First mow lands around day eleven — high for St. Augustine, lower for Bermuda, sharp blades, never more than a third of the leaf. We check the seams on day ten, free, and set your mower height with you.
Yes — storefronts, offices, and common areas are a big part of the schedule. We phase the work so you stay open, handle the paperwork your manager asks for, and send photo updates after every visit. One point of contact from quote to final walk-through.
