A tired, patchy yard stripped to bare soil in the morning and green by sunset. We regraded a low corner that held water every August, laid Empire Zoysia for the shaded half and Floratam for the sun, and set the sprinklers to run before dawn so the leaves dry by noon. The owners mowed it for the first time eleven days later.
