DECK 01 / WHAT WE DO — SIX CARDS

S.01

Storm Damage Repair

Hail bruising, wind-lifted shingles, punctures. Emergency dry-in first, documented repair scheduled around your claim.

S.02

Claim Support

Damage maps, dated photos, adjuster meetings on the roof. Honest documentation — never manufactured.

S.03

Roof Replacement

Wind-rated, sealed deck edges, Gulf-specced materials. The roof you buy once.

S.04

Emergency Leak Response

Active interior leak? The 24h storm line jumps you to the front for tarping and dry-in, usually same-day.

S.05

Gutters & Eaves

Seamless gutters sized to Gulf downpours, plus fascia and soffit where humidity has been eating away.

S.06

Exterior Construction

Siding, fences, patio covers, exterior trim — what storms break beyond the roof, one crew, one invoice.

DECK 02 / AFTER THE STORM, IN THIS ORDER — FIVE CARDS

MOVE 01

Stop the water

Buckets, tarps, kill power to wet fixtures. Call the storm line — active leaks get same-day tarping. Photograph everything before you touch it.

MOVE 02

Document everything

Dated photos, a roof plan with every hit marked, collateral damage to gutters, screens, AC fins. Insurance pays for what is documented.

MOVE 03

File the claim

You file; we meet the adjuster on the roof with the damage file. Denied before? Bring the denial — new evidence earns a re-inspection.

MOVE 04

Rebuild once

Approval in hand before materials are ordered. Wind-rated install, sealed deck edges, gutters and siding on the same schedule.

MOVE 05

Close it out

Walkthrough with the foreman, supplements closed, warranties in writing. Then we're gone until the next storm — hopefully years from now.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

ASKED AFTER
EVERY STORM.

Claim or out of pocket?

If damage clearly exceeds your deductible, file. If borderline, get our free inspection first — a claim that pays nothing still goes on your record.

My claim was denied. Is it over?

Often not. Bring the denial letter and the adjuster's scope. About half the denials we review missed documented damage; new evidence earns a re-inspection.

How fast can you stop a leak?

Active interior leaks: same day, usually within hours. That is what the 24h storm line exists for.

Do you work outside Houston?

We work the Houston metro — Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pasadena, Pearland. We do not chase storms to other states.

Will a new roof lower my insurance?

Often — especially Class 4 impact shingles. Ask your agent about wind mitigation discounts before choosing materials.

Can you fix the siding and fence too?

Yes. We are a construction company. One crew, one schedule, one invoice for everything the storm touched.

CALL BEFORE THE NEXT ONE.

Free inspection, honest scopes, a storm line that picks up. Active leak? Skip the form — call now.
