Four trades, one van. Pick the one that’s ruining your week.
Slow sinks, gurgling tubs, main-line backups. We clear the line and camera-check what’s left, so you see the pipe’s condition with your own eyes before deciding anything. Grease, roots, scale — diagnosed, not guessed.
Call about a drainTank and tankless installs, repairs, annual flushes. We’ll tell you straight when a repair isn’t worth it.
Call and a person answers. We book a morning or afternoon window and text when the van is rolling. The tech who arrives does the work — shoe covers on, drop cloths down, full story heard before a single tool comes out. Diagnosis first, flat price in writing second, work third. If opening things up reveals a surprise, we stop and re-quote before continuing. When we leave, the area is cleaner than we found it and you know exactly what was done.
When it started, what changed, what you tried. Five minutes of listening saves an hour of guessing.
A number before a wrench. If the job changes mid-way, we stop and re-quote. No hourly meter running.

Burst pipe, dead AC in a heat wave — the emergency line rings a real person. We triage by phone first; sometimes the right fix is shutting the main valve and waiting for morning, and we’d rather tell you that than bill you for it.
Call (555) 010-2030Every job gets a flat number in writing before a wrench turns. Not a range, not an hourly meter running while someone hunts for parts. If opening things up reveals a surprise, we stop, show you, and re-quote before continuing. The sample prices on this page are starting points for common jobs — your quote is specific to your house, your pipes, your system. Standard visits include diagnosis. After-hours emergency dispatch carries a flat fee that is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. We take cards, checks, and cash; payment is due when the job is done and you are satisfied it is done right.
Before we arrive: clear a path to the water heater, the AC unit, and your main water shutoff. Know where the breaker panel is. If water is actively flowing where it should not be, shut the main valve first — call us and we will talk you through finding it. During the visit, expect shoe covers, drop cloths, and questions; the five minutes of listening at the start saves an hour of guessing later. After the visit, the work area is cleaner than we found it, old parts go in the van (yours if you want them), and you get a plain-English rundown of what was done and what to watch. If anything we touched misbehaves, call the same number and we come back. We serve Dallas-area homes, residential only, Monday through Saturday with Sunday reserved for emergencies.
