Ramen by Japanese BBQ chefs · Chinatown, Sydney
Menya Chinatown is a Chinatown ramen bar with an unusual pedigree: the kitchen's roots are in Japanese BBQ, so the broths are built like BBQ flavour — over heat, over time. Eighteen-hour tonkotsu, deep miso, clean shoyu, plus gyoza, karaage and takoyaki.
Japanese beer, sake and shochu with your ramen, card and Eftpos welcome. Lunch and dinner six days a week; closed Sundays and public holidays. Call +61 406 111 568 for takeaway or a table.
