LOA CONSTRUCTION — AUSTIN

SECTION 01 / WHAT WE DO

ROOFS, PLAINLY STATED.

We are LOA Construction, a roofing crew working the Austin metro. No jargon on this page, no pressure anywhere else. Six services, each described the way we would describe it standing in your driveway with a ladder on the truck.

S.01

Roof Replacement

Tear-off to the deck, new underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingles or metal. Most homes done in one to two days with two magnet sweeps of the yard.

S.02

Hail & Storm Repair

Damage maps with close-up photos. We meet your adjuster on the roof so the claim reflects what is actually up there.

S.03

Metal Roofing

Standing seam, concealed fasteners. The long-haul answer for Texas hail and heat.

S.04

Leak Diagnosis

Water-tested, traced to the entry point. Usually a boot or flashing — rarely the whole roof. We show you the photos.

S.05

Gutters

Seamless aluminum cut on site, sized to your roof's water load. Hill Country rain finds weak gutters fast.

S.06

Skylights & Vents

Skylight replacement, new curb flashing, attic ventilation tuned as a system — intake, baffles, ridge vent.

SECTION 02 / HOW A JOB RUNS

FIVE STEPS.
NO SURPRISES.

01

Inspect

Forty-five minutes on the roof and in the attic. You keep every photo and the written findings, hire us or not. Roughly a third of roofs we inspect in Austin do not need replacing yet — we say so when that is the case.

02

Scope

Line items: tear-off, underlayment, material, flashing, ventilation, cleanup. One fixed number. Decking replacement priced per sheet in writing before we start, so there is no mid-job negotiation.

03

Tear off & dry in

Landscaping tarped, strip to the deck, soft sheets replaced, dried-in the same day. Your house is never left exposed overnight.

04

Install

Underlayment, starter course, field material, all-new flashing at walls and penetrations, ridge vent sized to the attic. The same crew that tore off does the install.

05

Walkthrough

You walk the finished roof with the foreman before the final invoice. Warranty paperwork — manufacturer plus our workmanship — handed over in writing.

SECTION 03 / MONEY & QUESTIONS

SAMPLE NUMBERS.
HONEST ANSWERS.

Pitch, layers, decking, and access move every price. These are sample ranges for a typical 2,000 sq ft Austin home — orientation, not quotes. Your actual number is a free, fixed, written estimate.

Sample pricing

Architectural shingle replacement$9,500–$14,000 · SAMPLE
Standing-seam metal replacement$19,000–$28,000 · SAMPLE
Valley / flashing / boot repair$450–$1,800 · SAMPLE
Seamless gutters, full house$1,600–$3,200 · SAMPLE
Skylight replacement (per unit)$900–$1,600 · SAMPLE

Austin specifics that move the number: steep Hill Country pitches add labor, two existing layers add tear-off, and shaded north slopes may want algae-resistant shingles. All of it is in the written scope before you sign.

FAQ

How long will my house be a construction site?

Most replacements: one to two days. Steep or large roofs: three. We start early to beat the heat and we are off the roof by late afternoon.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need driveway access and pets kept clear of the work zone. Everything else we handle.

What if it rains mid-job?

We watch the radar like hawks. If weather turns, the roof is dried-in before we leave — that is a day-one rule, not a hope.

Will you work with my insurance?

Yes. We document damage, meet the adjuster on the roof, and supplement scopes that missed items. We do not inflate claims.

Repair or replace — how do you decide?

If damage covers less than about a quarter of the roof and the rest has life left, repair is the honest answer. We show our math in photos.

What warranty comes with the work?

Manufacturer material warranty plus our own workmanship warranty, both in writing with the final invoice.
