We walk the roof, check attic ventilation, and hand you a written estimate. No pressure, no sign-today games.
Shingles, membrane, flashing and vents ordered to spec — colour and profile matched before tear-off.
Landscaping protected, tarps down, plywood over windows and decks. Your property treated like ours.
Where the assembly needs it, insulation and vapour barrier go in first — heat stays where it belongs.
Full underlayment with ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, where Calgary winters demand it.
Shingles, metal panels, or membrane installed to manufacturer specification. Straight courses, proper fastening.
Flashing, vents, ridge caps finished and sealed. Most leaks start here, so we don't rush this step.

Age and extent decide. A roof under 15 years with isolated storm damage is usually a repair. Curling shingles, widespread granule loss, or leaks in more than one spot point to replacement. The assessment is free and we'll tell you honestly which one it is.
Most Calgary homes take one to three days from tear-off to final cleanup. Larger or steeper roofs take longer — your written estimate includes a firm schedule.
Yes. We document damage with photos, prepare a scope of work for the claim, and can meet your adjuster on site.
Two layers: our lifetime workmanship warranty covers the installation, and the manufacturer warranties the material. Both in writing before we start.
Yes, with cold-weather practices — materials stored warm, low-temperature-rated sealants, scheduling around extreme cold snaps. Some membranes need a temperature window, flagged in your estimate.
