YogaSix Clear Lake Reserve is a sensory yoga studio in Houston's Clear Lake area — built for every body, not just the bendy. Each of our six class formats has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits: strength, agility, flexibility, balance. Whether your body is craving weights, a good sweat, or a deep stretch, one of the six has you covered. The room is warm, the music is up, instructors demo every option, and practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after every class. New here? Start with Y6 101. In a hurry? Y6 Hot. Sore from everything else? Restore. Call (555) 010-2030 and we'll point you to the right mat.

First visit, step by step: book ahead through the live schedule — evening and weekend classes fill up — and arrive about fifteen minutes early so the front desk can show you around. Bring a mat, a towel, and water; wear whatever you can sweat and stretch in. Tell the desk it's your first time and they'll set you near the instructor. During class, take every modification offered and rest whenever you want — child's pose is always available and never judged. Parking at 5440 El Dorado Blvd is free, so the only thing you need to remember is the water.

Frequently asked questions

Fine print.

I've never done yoga — will I be lost?

No. Start with Y6 101. It's built for complete beginners: foundational postures, breath basics, alignment cues at a teaching pace. Every class includes modifications and instructors demo all options — you'll never be the only one taking the simpler variation.

What's the difference between the heated classes?

Heat is the setting, not the workout. Y6 Hot is the athletic heated flow; Y6 Power adds strength-forward sequencing and longer holds; Sculpt & Flow adds light weights. All three run warm. Rest whenever you need — child's pose is always available and never judged.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes — memberships and class packs are available. Contact the studio directly at (555) 010-2030 for current options; the sample prices below illustrate the range.

Where do I park, and what should I bring?

Parking is free at 5440 El Dorado Blvd. Bring a mat, a towel, and water; wear what you can sweat and stretch in. Arrive about 15 minutes early for your first visit.

What does a typical member week look like?

Two heated sessions, one slow one. A pattern that works well for many students: Y6 Hot or Power midweek for the sweat and strength, Sculpt & Flow when you want the full-body burn, and Restore or Slow Flow on Sunday to unwind. Unlimited monthly covers all of it — sample price $189/month, contact the studio for current rates.
