YOGASIX · CLEAR LAKE RESERVE

A boutique yoga studio in Houston, Texas

A quiet room
for loud days.

YogaSix Clear Lake Reserve sits in the Clear Lake area of Houston, TX — a warm, light-filled studio built around a simple idea: a sensory yoga experience that is genuinely accessible to all. Each of our six class formats has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits.

Some mornings your body wants weights and heat. Some evenings it wants a slow flow and a long exhale. One of the six formats has you covered — and every class includes modifications, so beginners and long-time practitioners share the same room comfortably.

Practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after every class, parking is free, and the front desk actually picks up the phone. Start with a single class. Stay for the habit.

The collection

Six formats,
one for every day.

01

Y6 101 Foundations · Unheated

The starting line. Foundational postures, breath mechanics, and alignment taught at a teaching pace — precise enough for experienced students, welcoming enough for day one. If you are new, start here; if you are experienced, come refine.

02

Y6 Restore Deep stretch · Slow

Long, supported holds for hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine. Low light, unhurried pace, the antidote to desk posture and heavy training weeks. You will leave taller than you arrived.

03

Y6 Slow Flow Vinyasa · Mindful

Vinyasa at half speed — breath linked to movement with time to feel each transition. Builds balance, coordination, and a quiet focus that follows you out the door and into the rest of your day.

04

Y6 Hot Heated · Athletic

The signature heated practice. A warm room and athletic sequencing build heat from the inside out — loosening tight muscles while your cardiovascular system does overtime. Hydrate before, rest whenever.

05

Y6 Power Heated · Strength

Strength-first yoga: longer holds, core-forward sequencing, a pace that treats the mat like training ground. Where runners, lifters, and former athletes tend to land — and stay.

06

Y6 Sculpt & Flow Heated · Weights

Light dumbbells meet vinyasa. Full-body intervals that build lean muscle while keeping the mobility work yoga is famous for. The most "workout" of the six — and the most quietly addictive.

Questions

Asked at the
front desk.

How do I choose between the six formats?

Start with your goal. New to yoga → Y6 101. Tight and tired → Restore. Want to move and breathe → Slow Flow. Want to sweat → Hot. Want strength → Power. Want all of it → Sculpt & Flow. Still unsure? Call (555) 010-2030 and describe your week — the front desk does this daily.

I have an old injury. Can I still come?

Check with your doctor first, then tell your instructor before class. Every format includes modifications, and instructors are used to working around knees, backs, and shoulders — but they can only help if they know. Restore and Y6 101 are usually the gentlest re-entry points.

How long are classes?

It varies by format. Most run about an hour — the live schedule lists exact start and end times for every class, so check before you book.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

Bring one if you have it; bring a towel and water regardless. The studio keeps the practice areas sanitized between every class, and the front desk can advise on mat options if you're just starting out.
