Each card is a window into the same practice. Some days your body wants weights and heat; some days it wants a slow flow and a long exhale. Pick the card that matches the day — instructors demo modifications for every level in every class.
The starting line and the forever-class. Foundational postures, breath mechanics, and alignment cues taught slowly — precise enough for experienced students, welcoming enough for day one. Room temperature, zero intimidation.
Deep stretch, long holds, low light. The antidote to desk posture and heavy training weeks — hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine, patiently opened. You leave taller than you arrived.
Vinyasa at half speed. Breath linked to movement with time to feel each transition — balance, coordination, and a quiet focus that follows you out the door.
The signature heated practice. A warm room and athletic sequencing build heat from the inside out — loosening tight muscles while your cardiovascular system does overtime. Hydrate before, rest whenever, leave emptied in the best way.
Strength-first yoga: longer holds, core-forward sequencing, a pace that treats the mat like training ground. Where runners, lifters, and former athletes tend to land — and stay.
Light dumbbells meet vinyasa. Full-body intervals that build lean muscle while keeping the mobility work yoga is famous for. The most "workout" of the six — and the most addictive.

Yes — plenty. Y6 Power and Sculpt & Flow draw a lot of runners and lifters using yoga for strength and mobility. The only dress code is "can you move in it."
Stretchy, sweat-friendly clothes, a mat, a towel, and water. The heated room does the rest. Skip the heavy cotton tee — you will regret it by minute twenty. Arrive 15 minutes early your first time so the front desk can get you set up.
Come anyway, quietly. Slip in, take a spot near the door, and join when you're ready. That said, the warm-up matters — especially in heated classes — so aim for those 15 early minutes and your body will thank you.
Intro offers and memberships are available. The exact current deal changes, so call (555) 010-2030 and ask — the front desk will match you with the right first package. Prices on this page are samples for illustration.
