About the room
YogaSix Clear Lake Reserve is not a gym with yoga in the corner. It is a sensory yoga studio, built for one thing: a full-body practice that meets you exactly where you are. Each of our six class formats has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits — strength, agility, flexibility, balance. Some days your body wants weights and heat. Some days it wants a slow flow and a long exhale. One of the six has you covered. The room is warm, the music is up, the instructors demo every option, and the practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after every class. Whether this is your first downward dog or your five-hundredth, there is a mat here with your name on it. All you have to do is go with the flow.

Y6 101
The starting line. Foundational postures, breath mechanics, and alignment cues taught slowly enough that a complete beginner never feels lost — and precisely enough that experienced students still learn something. Room temperature. Bring a mat and zero expectations.
Beginner · Unheated
02
Y6 Restore
Deep stretch, long holds, low light. Restore is the antidote to desk posture and heavy training weeks: hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine get patient, supported opening. You will leave taller than you arrived. Bring a towel; you will still glow.
Recovery · Deep stretch

Y6 Slow Flow
Vinyasa at half speed. Linking breath to movement with time to actually feel each transition, Slow Flow builds balance, coordination and quiet focus. The thinking person's workout — meditative, but your legs will know they worked.
Vinyasa · Mindful

Y6 Hot
The signature heated practice. A warm room, athletic sequencing, and a serious sweat — Hot builds heat from the inside out, loosening tight muscles while your cardiovascular system does overtime. Hydrate before, rest whenever, leave emptied out in the best way.
Heated · Athletic
05
Y6 Power
Strength-first yoga. Expect longer holds, core-forward sequencing and a pace that treats the mat like training ground. Power is where runners, lifters and former athletes tend to land — and stay. Modifications are demoed for every strength level.
Heated · Strength

Y6 Sculpt & Flow
Light weights meet vinyasa. Sculpt & Flow adds dumbbell intervals to the yoga sequence for a full-body burn that builds lean muscle while keeping the mobility work yoga is famous for. The most "workout" of the six — and the most addictive.
