Yoga with Anamaria — Miami, FL

The studio
Yoga that moves at the speed of a Miami morning.
I'm Anamaria, and I teach yoga for people who want to be taught — not performed at. My studio keeps classes small on purpose: ten mats max, so I can actually see your alignment and say your name. We practice Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative through the week, plus breathwork, plus a Saturday sunrise session on the sand that regulars plan their weekends around.
Everything is experienced instructor-led and beginner-welcoming. If you've never unrolled a mat, start with the Foundations course or a private session. If you've practiced for years, book a private and let's work the details.

Small rooms, real instruction. Ten mats maximum — I learn how you move, and the practice meets you there.
Private one-on-one

Asked often
Do I need to be flexible to start? +
No. Flexibility is something the practice builds, not something you bring. Most of my long-term students started stiff — that's the normal starting point, not a problem.
What happens if beach yoga is rained out? +
I text everyone booked by 6:00a. Lightning or heavy rain moves the same flow into the studio; light warm rain and we practice anyway.
How do I book? +
Call or text (555) 010-2030. I reply between classes, usually within the hour. Tell me which class and which day and you're in.
Where exactly is the studio? +
Miami, FL — the studio address and the Saturday beach meet point are confirmed with your booking. Parking details come with the confirmation too.
