YOGA · BARRE · PILATES — MONTREAL
CHAPTER ONE — THE ROOM
Yoga Shak is a community studio on Crémazie Boulevard in Montreal. Three disciplines — traditional yoga, barre, pilates — taught in French and English, for every body and every level. Come back to yourself, one breath at a time.

CHAPTER TWO — THE CLASSES
Breath-led vinyasa flows and foundational postures. Bilingual cues, mats and props provided.
Low-impact sculpt at the barre — small precise movements, serious burn, no jumping.
Core-focused mat work for posture and control. The perfect counterpoint to yoga days.
Introductory offers for first-timers — sample all three disciplines before you commit.
Rotating themed sessions: deep dives, weekend intensives, guest teachers.
The space is yours for classes, rehearsals or events. Rates on request.
