MONTREAL · TRADITIONAL YOGA / BARRE / PILATES
01 — The studio
More than a place to practice — a living, human community. A space to come back to yourself, connect with others, and grow well-being, one breath at a time.
GROUP PRACTICEALL LEVELSYoga Shak Montreal runs group classes across three disciplines: traditional yoga, barre and pilates. Classes are taught in French and English, and every level is genuinely welcome — the schedule mixes strong morning flows with gentler evening sessions.
Beyond the weekly schedule, the studio runs workshops and room rentals, and rolls out introduction offers for new students. Expect a young, dedicated teaching team, free tea before class, and a room where people actually know your name.

Introductory offers for first-timers — the easiest way to try all three disciplines.
