we bring the rest
Every booking below includes the instructor, the plan, and the setup. You provide the people and the place — a backyard, a conference room, a school gym, a desert park at sunrise. Yoga's Arc is a Certified Women's Owned Business (WBENC), headquartered in Phoenix.
Private sessions
One-on-one teaching at your place, planned around one body — beginners, injuries, athletes. Sixty minutes, entirely yours.
Your group, your place
Friends, families, birthdays, book clubs — groups of 3 to 20. We bring mats and props and teach the room as it is.
Corporate wellness
On-site classes for teams that sit too much: lunchtime resets, morning energizers, or a multi-week series.
School programs
PE enrichment, exam-season calm, teacher wellness mornings — adapted for age, space and schedule.
Outdoor & sunrise
Guided morning sessions in Valley parks. The format we're known for, and the one we'd show a friend first.
Events & retreats
Weddings, festivals, community days — large-group teaching with extra instructors so nobody feels lost.

Three steps
to the mat
Booking a mobile class takes one short conversation. Most small groups are confirmed within a day; schools, companies and events do best with two weeks' notice.

We match & plan
We choose an instructor whose style fits your group and draft the class — gentle or athletic, 45 or 90 minutes. You approve the plan before it's final.
We show up early
Mats, props, music, cue cards for first-timers — set up before anyone arrives, packed away after. You just open the door.

Asked often
Do I need any experience?+
No. Most of our students are on their first or second class. Instructors build options into every pose and keep the pace human — tell us you're new when you book and we'll plan for it.
What should we provide?+
People and a space. Bring your own mat if you have one; we can bring mats, blocks and straps on request, and we confirm the plan the day before.
Where do you travel?+
Greater Phoenix, plus Flagstaff and Tucson. Send the address with your enquiry and we'll tell you honestly if it's in range.
Can you work with kids or older adults?+
Yes — schools are one of our regular bookings, and private sessions are often planned for limited mobility. Age and ability shape the plan, never block it.
Is Yoga's Arc women-owned?+
Yes — certified through WBENC, the national standard for women's business enterprise certification in the US.
