Williams Roofline Ltd

A small roofing studio in North Surrey.

Roofs, considered
properly.

We're roofers, not salespeople. From a slipped tile to a full new roof, every job gets surveyed properly, priced clearly in writing, and finished to a standard we'd put our own name on — because around here, our name is the advertising.

New roofs in tile and slate. Flat roofs in felt and asphalt. Lead work, fascias, soffits and guttering. Repairs done honestly — if it only needs a repair, that's what we'll tell you.

Every estimate is free. Send a photo or give us a ring, and we'll take it from there.

Services

What we do, precisely

01

New roofs

Full replacements in tile or slate. Stripped to timbers, re-felted and re-battened, finished to current British Standards and guaranteed in writing.

02

Pitched roofs

New pitched roofs for period and modern homes — plain tiles, slates, dry ridges and verges that shed water instead of just looking the part.

03

Flat roofing

Built-up felt and asphalt for extensions, garages and dormers. Correct falls built in from day one, so water runs off rather than ponding.

04

Roof repairs

Slipped and broken tiles, storm damage, leaks with no obvious source. We find the actual cause first — then fix that.

05

Lead work

Chimney flashings, valleys, box gutters and soakers, dressed and welded by hand. Quiet craft that keeps water out for decades.

06

Fascias, soffits & guttering

The complete roofline in low-maintenance uPVC — straight fascias, vented soffits, gutters hung to proper falls.

07

Rooflights

Roof windows and skylights supplied and fitted, flashed carefully into the existing roof.

08

Surveys & maintenance

Honest condition reports with photographs — for buyers, landlords, or anyone who'd rather know than guess.

A small experiment

Move your cursor. Watch the roofline draw itself.

Every mark fades — like chalk lines on a sunny day. Roofs are the same: the good work disappears into the building, and that's rather the point.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

i.

Survey

On the roof with a camera, not quoting from the pavement. Photos you can keep, price in writing — free.

ii.

Quote

One clear number covering materials, labour and access. No provisional sums hiding in the small print.

iii.

Build

We arrive when we say, protect what matters, and leave the site clean every night.

iv.

Guarantee

Walked through together, then guaranteed in writing. If it's not right, we come back.

Is the estimate really free?+

Yes. Survey, photographs and one clear written price — no charge, no obligation, and no chasing you afterwards.

Are you insured?+

Yes — £5 million public liability insurance, and all work carried out to current British Standards. Both are stated on our main website.

Do you do emergency repairs?+

Yes. Storm damage and active leaks get priority — call 07534 984 126 and we'll make it watertight quickly.

How long does a re-roof take?+
