How long until you arrive?
Usually within 1–2 days. Emergencies prioritised.
What are your rates?
$140 + GST minimum first hour, then $100 + GST/hr. Travel and materials on top.
No hot water?
Call your power company first — it may save you a callout. Then we repair or replace.
Water bill suddenly high?
Likely a leak: overflowing cylinder, dripping taps, watermain fault, or running toilet.
