Are your plumbers qualified?
Yes. All our plumbers are registered — one also certified — and both drainlayers are certified.
How long until you arrive?
Usually within 1–2 days. Emergencies are prioritised.
What are your rates?
$140 + GST minimum for the first hour, then $100 + GST per hour. Time on site and travel; materials on top.
No hot water?
Call your power company first — it may save you a callout. Then call us for cylinder repair or replacement.
Water bill suddenly high?
Likely a leak: overflowing cylinder, dripping taps, watermain fault, or a running toilet. We track it down.
