General dentistry — Downtown Toronto · Walk-in emergencies · Student plans
Mon–Fri 10am–6pm
University Ave Dental Clinic is a general dentistry practice led by Dr. Sharareh Pourmand, at 275 Dundas St W — steps from UofT and OCAD, close to the TTC and Toronto Metropolitan University. Our working theory: a dental visit should fit a student's life. The budget. The insurance. The ten-minute walk between lectures.
That is why we built the clinic around direct insurance billing and walk-in emergencies. Call (555) 010-2030 — a human answers.
From the twice-a-year basics to full implant surgery, every treatment starts with an honest exam and a written estimate. Emergency? We see you the same day.
Routine exams, professional cleaning and polishing. Removes plaque, prevents gum disease, and keeps small problems small.
Toothaches, cracked teeth, lost fillings, swelling. Walk-in emergencies are triaged fast — call first if you can, come anyway if you can't.
Implant placement, bone grafting and oral surgery, plus the final crowns — planned and finished in one clinic.
Tooth-colored fillings that repair cavities invisibly; crowns that replace or cover damaged teeth.
Treats infection inside the tooth so the natural tooth survives.
Gentle removal of damaged teeth, including wisdom teeth; removable dentures to replace missing ones.
Whitening, shaping and bonding for a smile that photographs well.
U of T, George Brown, Toronto Metropolitan University, OCAD, York, Seneca: the clinic accepts many student dental plans and bills directly to insurance. We verify your coverage before the appointment — no forms, no reimbursement wait.
CDCP patients are welcome too — we check your eligibility and help you apply. Government program or private insurer, we bill directly.
Share your school or insurance plan. We verify what it covers before you book, so the cost is known upfront.
Dr. Pourmand explains what she sees in plain language and lays out options with costs. You decide — no pressure.
Most cleanings and fillings finish in one visit. Emergencies are triaged the same day. Insurance billed directly.
Recall reminders and post-treatment check-ins. A written record of what's next, kept by both sides.
University Ave Dental Clinic practices under Ontario dental standards with licensed professionals and insured premises. Patient reviews are collected after visits; the certification badge below marks our standing.
