A late-night ramen house in Seattle. Black walls, low amber light, broth that never sits still.
Six bowls. Two sides. Zero filler.
Every bowl starts from the same pot — pork bones at a rolling boil until the broth turns milky. Then each one goes its own way: black garlic, red miso, clear shoyu.

Short menu, long broth. Pork belly braises for half the day, eggs cure overnight in shoyu, and the chili oil is made in small batches because the good stuff goes stale fast. When a pot runs dry, the bowl comes off the board — that is the deal.

Walk-ins only. Counter seats go fast after ten — put your name down and come back to steam on the windows. Takeout travels well; noodles are packed separate so they arrive the way they left the kitchen. Call (555) 010-2030.
Watch the line work. Best seat in the house, first come first served.
