We install Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles as our standard: 130-mph wind rating for monsoon gusts, streak-resistant granules, and manufacturer warranties registered on every new roof.

Most homes finish in two to three days. You get a day-by-day schedule before we start, photos of the deck before it's covered, and a magnet sweep of the whole yard when we're done.

The stain on your ceiling is almost never where the leak starts. Water travels along decking, drips off a nail, and shows up rooms away. So we trace every leak to its source — flashing, pipe boots, valleys, lifted shingles — and photograph it before we quote.

Most repairs are diagnosed the same visit and fixed within days. And if your roof is past 20 years and you're patching every monsoon season, we'll tell you straight when a replacement is the cheaper road. We'd rather lose a repair job than sell you one you don't need.
