TSM Roofing LLC is a Phoenix roofing crew. We do three things — replacements, repairs, and new installations — for homes across Phoenix and Prescott. Nothing else, no side hustles.
Desert roofs fail in specific ways: UV cooks the shingles, monsoon gusts lift the edges, and flat sections pond water until the coating gives up. We build for all three. We install Owens Corning Duration shingle systems and register the full manufacturer warranty on every new roof.

File 02 — Replacement
Tear it to the deck
A replacement starts with a full tear-off, not a layover. We strip to the wood, replace rotted decking, and lay heat-rated underlayment before a single shingle goes on. Day one: tear-off and deck. Day two: underlayment and shingles. Day three: flashing, cleanup, and a magnet sweep for nails. Most homes done in two to three days.
File 03 — Repair
Find the water's path
Leaks rarely start where the stain is. We trace water uphill — flashing, pipe boots, valleys, lifted shingles — and photograph everything before we touch it. Most repairs are diagnosed the same visit and finished within days. If the roof is past 20 years and you're patching every monsoon, we'll tell you straight when a replacement is the cheaper road.
File 04 — Systems
Four armors, one climate
Architectural shingle — the Valley workhorse, 25–30 years. Concrete tile — 50+ years on the tile, underlayment refreshed every 20–25. Foam + coating — seamless, reflective, made for flat Phoenix roofs. Standing-seam metal — 40–70 years, likely the last roof the house needs.

Sample numbers, honest quotes
Repairs typically start around $350 (Sample). A full shingle replacement on an average home runs near $9,800 (Sample). Tile, metal and foam are quoted per roof. Every final quote is measured on site and itemized line by line — deck, underlayment, flashing, cleanup. No allowances, no surprises.
How a job runs
Day zero is the roof check. We walk the whole roof, photograph the worn spots, the flashing, the deck from the attic side if we can get in. You get the photos and an itemized quote — deck, underlayment, shingles, flashing, cleanup — each on its own line.
Day one is tear-off. Old material comes off down to the wood, rotted decking gets cut out and replaced, and the yard is tarped and swept the same evening. Day two is the build: heat-rated underlayment, then shingles or tile, ridge vent, and new flashing everywhere water likes to enter.
Day three is the finish. Final flashing details, full cleanup, and a magnet sweep of the driveway and yard for nails. Then we walk it with you — on the ground with photos, or up the ladder if you'd like.
