Free roof inspections — $0, always. Shingle replacement, torn off to the deck. Tile replacement with full underlayment. Standing-seam metal. Flat and low-slope systems. Storm, hail and wind damage — documented for adjusters and worked directly with your insurance company. Most replacements finished in one to three days, yard left clean.

Good to know
Is the inspection really free?Yes — every inspection is complimentary, with no obligation. We walk the roof, photograph what we find, and give you a straight answer about what needs attention now and what can wait a few years.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?It covers our labor and installation. If anything we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge for five full years — on top of the manufacturer's material warranty.
Do you help with insurance claims?Yes. We document hail and wind damage the way adjusters want to see it, meet your adjuster on the roof when needed, and work directly with your insurance company through the claim.
How soon can you start?Call (602) 935-8484. Most replacements are scheduled within days of the signed estimate, and the on-roof work itself usually takes one to three days.
Do you work in Scottsdale?Yes. We are based in North Phoenix at 3724 E Morrow Drive and serve the whole North Phoenix Valley Area, including Scottsdale — seven days a week, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The 5-year workmanship warranty covers labor and installation from the invoice date, in addition to manufacturer material warranties.
