Plumbing — Miami-Dade & surrounding areas

The quiet fix for
loud plumbing problems.

We are a small plumbing crew working across Miami-Dade. Residential and commercial, one visit at a time. When you call, you talk to the person who will actually show up with the wrench — there is no call center between you and the fix.

Our rule is simple: find the real problem, tell you what it costs before we touch anything, and prove the fix before we leave. Straightforward recommendations are the whole business model. If a heater needs a part instead of a replacement, we say so. If a drain keeps clogging because the pipe is bellied, we say that too — even though it means a harder conversation.

Weekdays we run scheduled visits from 9:00 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon, in arrival windows you can plan around. Nights and weekends the line stays open for emergencies only — burst pipes, sewage backing up, a tank leaking across the garage floor. Those don't check the calendar, so neither do we.

What we do — hover a row for a field note

01

Leak detection

Warm spots on tile, a bill that doubled, paint bubbling at the baseboard. We listen first — acoustic equipment plus pressure tests on isolated sections — and you see the reading before we cut. Slab leaks get located to within a couple of feet.

Field note: if your meter spins with everything off, you have a leak. That's the first thing we'll ask.
02

Drain cleaning

Kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, laundry lines, commercial floor drains. We ask what's been going down, test which fixtures back up, then clear mechanically with an auger sized to the pipe. Every connected fixture gets run at full blast before we pack up.

Field note: "flushable" wipes are the most common lie in plumbing. They don't break down.
03

Water heaters — tank & tankless

No hot water has a short suspect list: breaker or pilot, thermostat, elements, sediment, gas valve. We work it cheapest-fix-first, because half the "dead" heaters we see need a part, not a replacement. Tankless units mostly need descaling.

Field note: a rumbling tank is sediment, not old age. A flush often buys years.
04

Toilet repairs

Running toilets, base leaks, weak flushing, rocking bowls. We rebuild rather than replace when the porcelain is sound — fill valve, flapper, wax ring, supply line — and dye-test every job so you can watch the leak not happen.

Field note: put food coloring in the tank. Color in the bowl without flushing = the flapper's done.
05

Pipe repairs

Corroded galvanized, pinhole leaks in old copper, cracked PVC. We cut out the failed section and rebuild it with proper supports and shutoffs you can actually reach next time. You'll see the section that came out.

Field note: know where your main shutoff is before you need it. We'll show you on the visit.
06

Commercial

Restaurants, offices, small retail. Grease-line backups, restroom banks, heater arrays — scheduled around your hours, with a written record of every visit so maintenance stays predictable.

Field note: a grease trap on a schedule is cheaper than a grease line on a Saturday night.

Asked often

The visit includes the diagnosis, in writing. If you go ahead with the repair, the visit fee folds into the job price.

Active water where it shouldn't be: burst pipes, a tank leaking from the base, sewage backing up, no water at all. Weekends are emergency calls only — call (555) 010-2030, and shut the main valve first if you can reach it.

It depends on your fuel setup, household size, and how long you plan to stay. We'll ask those three questions and show you the math. We install both, so there's nothing to push.

For the first visit, yes — we need to see the problem and agree the price with you. Follow-up maintenance can be arranged with access.
