About — 01

We are a small plumbing crew working across Miami-Dade and the surrounding neighborhoods. Residential and commercial. No call centers, no upsell scripts — you talk to the person who shows up with the wrench. We find the actual problem, tell you what it costs before we touch anything, and we don't leave until the water runs where it should. Weekdays we run scheduled visits 9:00 to 4:30. Nights and weekends we keep the line open for emergencies — burst pipes and dead water heaters don't check the calendar.

06 — what we do

01

Leak detection

Hidden leaks behind walls and under slabs. We trace the moisture path with acoustic listening and pressure testing instead of opening drywall at random — most leaks get located within a single visit, and you see the reading before we cut anything.

Visit from $120 · Sample
02

Drain cleaning

Kitchen sinks, bathroom drains, laundry lines, and commercial floor drains. We clear the blockage, then run water at full flow to prove it drains — and we tell you straight if the pipe itself is the problem, not the clog.

From $140 · Sample
03

Water heaters

Standard tank and tankless units. We diagnose first — thermostat, heating element, sediment, gas valve, venting — because half the "dead" heaters we see need a part, not a replacement. Honest call either way.

Flush from $160 · Sample
04

Toilet repairs

Running toilets that never shut up, base leaks, weak flushing, rocking bowls. Most toilet jobs are a fill valve, a flapper, or a wax ring — fixed in one visit, tested with dye so you can see the leak is gone.

Rebuild from $180 · Sample
05

Pipe repairs

Corroded and burst pipes, pinhole leaks in copper, cracked PVC. We cut out the failed section and rebuild it properly — with shutoffs you can actually reach next time. Miami's hard water eats old pipe; we show you what came out.

Commercial

Restaurants, offices, small retail. Grease-line backups, restroom banks, water heater arrays. We schedule around your business hours and keep a written record of every visit so maintenance stays predictable.

Field notes

Card 01 — How a visit works

Straightforward, in this order

  1. You describe it. Call or email — what you see, hear, or smell. Photos help.
  2. We look before we quote. On site we trace the problem to its source. You get the cause and the price before any work starts.
  3. We fix it and prove it. Water runs, pressure holds, no drips. We show you the failed part and what replaced it.
  4. You get plain advice. What to watch, what can wait, what's urgent. No scare tactics.

What things tend to cost

Every job is different — pipe access, parts, and time change the number. These are typical ranges so you can plan. Final price is always agreed before work begins.

Card 03 — Water heater diagnostics

Before anyone sells you a new tank

No hot water has a short list of usual suspects, and we check them in order — cheapest fix first:

Card 04 — Drain cleaning, step by step

What actually happens at your sink

  1. We ask what's going down. Grease, hair, wipes, coffee grounds — the clog tells us where to start.
  2. We test the line. Which fixtures back up, how fast, whether vents are involved. Guessing wastes your money.
  3. We clear it mechanically. Auger or cable sized to the pipe. Chemicals are a last resort, never the plan.
  4. We prove the flow. Full-blast water, timed drain, every connected fixture checked before we pack up.

Asked often

The visit includes diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, the visit fee folds into the job price. If you don't, you still keep the diagnosis in writing — what we found and what it would take.

Active water where it shouldn't be: burst pipes, a water heater leaking from the tank, sewage backing up, no water at all. Weekends we run emergency calls only — call, don't email, and shut the main valve first if you can.

Depends on your gas/electric setup, household size, and how long you plan to stay. We'll ask those three questions and give you a straight recommendation with the math. We install both, so there's no brand to push.

Yes — restaurants, offices, small retail across Miami-Dade. Grease lines, restroom banks, heater arrays. We schedule around your hours and keep written visit records.

Weekdays we book in arrival windows, not vague "sometime Tuesday" promises. Emergencies jump the line — call (555) 010-2030 and tell us it's urgent.

For the first visit, yes — we need to see the problem and agree the price with you. For follow-up work like a heater flush, access arrangements are fine.
