Doors open 15 minutes before class. There is no late entry, so give yourself time to arrive, settle in, and breathe first.

The schedule

Classes, every day

Vinyasa is the house style: breath-led movement sequenced to build heat and hold focus. Every class is all levels, and beginners are welcome any day. Teachers offer options through each sequence, so the room can hold a first-timer and a ten-year practitioner side by side.

Teachers

10,000+ hours of training

The teaching team carries a combined 10,000+ hours of training. The roster includes an Olympian, professional dancers, and self-care experts, and the room still feels like a room: teachers give options through every sequence, and every class stays all levels.

Expect clear cueing, a steady sense of humor, and adjustments offered, never imposed. Bodies are here to be listened to and cherished; the teaching reflects that.

Questions

Asked often

Q1Is the room heated?

Yes, lightly. Rooms run 80–85°F, warm enough to move easily, not a hot-yoga furnace. Dress for a warm room and bring water.

Q2I've never done yoga. Can I come?

Come. Every class is all levels, and beginners are welcome any day. Teachers give options through each sequence, so take the gentler version whenever you like.

Q3What if I'm late?

Doors open 15 minutes before class and lock at class time: no late entry. If you are running behind, get in touch and we will sort out your class credits.

Q4How do I book a class?

Through Momence at thegrinningyogi.com. You can also call 206-755-7611 if you would rather talk to a person first.
