Say "tsukemen". Two vessels land: cold thick noodles, and a small bowl of concentrated hot broth.

Dip & slurp

A few strands at a time — dunk, lift, slurp loudly. The noise cools the noodles. It's correct technique.

Noodles gone? Ask for soup-wari — hot broth to thin the dip into a soup. Drink it. Regulars insist.

What exactly is tsukemen?

Tsukemen is dipping ramen. Thick cold noodles beside a small bowl of concentrated hot broth — dip, slurp, repeat. Ours is $20.50 (sample) and it's the dish we're known for.

Do I need a reservation?

No — walk-ins are welcome. Small counter-style room. Groups of six or more: call (778) 737-3805 first.

What are your hours?

Mon–Thu 11:30am–3:30pm and 5–9:30pm; Fri–Sun 11:30am–9:30pm. Two services weekdays, straight through weekends.

Do you do takeaway and delivery?

Yes. Takeaway at the counter, delivery through major apps across Vancouver and nearby suburbs.

Any vegetarian options?

Yes — Kara Miso Veggie Ramen, $19.95 (sample), on a vegetable broth with the full chilli-miso treatment.

How much is a bowl?

Most bowls $18.95–$20.95 (samples). The in-store board is the final word.
