If a service will not genuinely improve your car, we will say so and suggest what will — even if it costs us the job.

Piece 03 — Process & booking
By appointment only — one car at a time, with our full attention. Here is the whole arc, and the fine print we actually want you to read.
Tell us the year, make and model and what is bothering you. We look at it under proper light and recommend honestly — the quote is free.
A firm date, a firm price, a realistic timeline. Your car gets a bay and our full attention — no walk-in line, no rushing.
Wash, decontaminate, correct, protect — in that order, no shortcuts. Interiors get extraction and steam, not a vacuum and a scented spray.
We go over the car with you at pickup, show the work, hand you aftercare instructions. If something is not right, we fix it. That is the deal.
We work primarily from our shop now, by appointment — controlled light, proper water, no rushing. Call and we will talk through your situation.
Wax hides swirls for weeks; correction removes them for years. Bring the car by and we will show you the difference under our lights, free.
3–6 years with proper maintenance, depending on tier and how the car lives. Automatic car washes are its worst enemy — we give you a plan.
Pet hair, coffee, food — almost always yes. Bleach spots and burns are the exceptions, and we will tell you honestly if yours is one.
