Sweet's is a detail studio in Dallas run by people who would rather lose a sale than sell you the wrong service. Thin clear coat? We will tell you a polish is a bad idea. Paint that just needs a wash and wax? We will not talk you into a coating. That is the whole business model: straight answers, careful work, cars that come back.
We work from our shop — by appointment only — so every car gets a bay, a lift of proper lighting, and our full attention. No drive-through line, no rushed vacuum-and-go. When your car is with us, it is the only car we are thinking about.
Our bread and butter is the unglamorous middle of detailing: interiors rescued from kids, dogs and coffee; paint brought back from swirl hell with real machine correction; coatings and films that protect for years instead of weeks.
If a service will not genuinely improve your car, we will say so and suggest what will — even if it costs us the job.

04 — How we work
Tell us about the car and what is bothering you. We look at it under proper light and give you a straight recommendation — including "you do not need that". The quote is free.
We work by appointment only, so your car gets a bay and our full attention. You get a firm date, a firm price, and a realistic timeline. No surprises.
One car at a time, done properly. Wash, decontaminate, correct, protect — in that order, with no shortcuts. Interiors get extraction and steam, not a quick vacuum and a scented spray.
We go over the car with you when you pick it up, show you what was done, and hand you aftercare instructions. If something is not right, we fix it — that is the deal.
05 — Questions
We now work primarily from our shop, by appointment. It lets us control lighting, water quality and time — the three things that decide how good a detail actually is. Call us and we will talk through your situation.
The quick test: look at your paint in direct sun. If you see a spiderweb of fine scratches — swirls — wax will hide them for a few weeks and correction will remove them for years. Bring the car by and we will show you the difference under our lights, free.
With proper maintenance, 3 to 6 years depending on the coating tier and how the car lives. Garage-kept and hand-washed lasts longest. What kills coatings fastest is automatic car washes and neglect — we will give you a maintenance plan that keeps it performing.
Almost always, yes. White dog hair, muddy paw prints, coffee, food — extraction and steam handle the vast majority of it. Bleach spots and burns are the exceptions, and we will tell you honestly if yours is one of them.
Yes, within limits: front side windows must allow more than 25% of light in, and the windshield can only have tint above the AS-1 line. We install compliant film as standard and will walk you through the options.

Correction and coating jobs book 1–2 weeks out in busy season. Drop-off and pickup are quick — most of the magic happens while you are gone.
