Surya means sun, and the name is the whole idea: a small Phoenix studio built around the desert day. Early classes catch the cool air, evening classes wind the day down, and one east-facing room holds it all — no mirrors, capped small, taught quietly.
Breath-linked vinyasa and the backbone of our schedule. Slow start, real heat in the middle, long cool-down. All levels — simpler options demoed throughout. The 6 a.m. has its own loyal crowd: quiet nods, no small talk required. Arrive ten minutes early; this hour fills first.
Yoga from the ground up. Basic shapes broken down slowly, props everywhere, questions welcome mid-class. Start here if you are new; come back here if something aches. Nobody apologizes for using a block.
Faster, stronger vinyasa with long holds and core work woven through the whole hour. Still breath-led — if you cannot breathe through it, you back off. Some experience recommended; take Foundations first if you are brand new.
Floor-based stillness in a low, warm room. A handful of shapes held for minutes at a time while the week unwinds. Bring socks, leave the phone in the cubby, and do not plan anything demanding right after. All levels.
Thirty minutes, zero movement. Breathing patterns and a short guided sit. Pairs with any class and stands alone fine. Chairs available. All levels.

Arrive ten minutes early. Doors open fifteen minutes before class; we start on time, every time. Rushing into a yoga room defeats the purpose.
Bring water, wear what moves. Mats are free to borrow for your first three visits. Blocks, straps, and bolsters line the back wall — take what you need, no apology required.
Eat light. Phoenix heat is real and a heavy meal an hour before class is a mistake you make once. Hydrate through the morning.
Rest whenever. Child's pose is always available and never a weakness — our teachers take it mid-class themselves.
Room: warm, low 80s — not hot yoga, and we say so honestly.
Booking: classes are capped small; book ahead, popular hours fill a day out.
Pausing: monthly plans pause with a week's notice. No fee, no guilt trip.
Not flexible? Flexibility is the result, not the entrance exam. Half our students arrived stiff — runners, lifters, desk workers — and the props make every shape fit the body you brought today.
Teachers cue with a normal voice and demo every sequence. Music stays underneath the breath, never over it. The loudest thing in the room should be your own exhale.
$24 — single class, any time.
$199 — ten-class pack, shareable, never expires.
$129/mo — monthly unlimited, pause anytime.
$89 — new student month: 30 days unlimited plus one private.

What to bring: water and anything you can move in. Mats are free to borrow for your first three visits. Eat light two hours out — Phoenix heat plus a heavy meal is a mistake you make exactly once.
