Good questions
Q1Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Book. Classes are capped
small and the popular hours fill a day ahead. Walk-ins get a spot only if one is open — call
(555) 010-2030 and we will tell you straight whether to come now or tomorrow.
Q2What should I wear and bring?
Anything you can move and sweat
in. Bring water — Phoenix mornings are dry even at 6 a.m. Mats are free to borrow for your first
three visits; after that most people buy their own, and we sell a basic one at the desk.
Q3Is the room heated?
Warm, not hot. Low 80s, enough that muscles
loosen without the room becoming the workout. If you want true hot yoga, we are not that studio,
and we will tell you so honestly.
Q4I have an injury. Can I still come?
Often yes, with modifications —
but talk to us first, not after class. Call ahead, describe what is going on, and we will tell you
which classes fit and which to skip. For anything serious, a private session first is the smart move.
Q5Can I freeze or cancel a membership?
Yes. One week's notice pauses
a monthly plan, no fee, no guilt trip. Life happens — injuries, travel, new babies. We would rather
have you back in three months than lose you to a cancellation you resent.
Q6Do you do private sessions?
A few each week, usually early morning
before classes start. People use them for injury rehab, wedding-prep calm, or just learning the
basics one-on-one. Call for times and sample rates.
