Recent work — typical jobs
Shingles past their life and a couple of soft spots in the decking. We strip to wood, replace what’s rotted at the per-sheet price from the quote, dry it in the same day, then shingle, flash, and vent. Two days, and the yard gets swept for nails twice.
Ceiling stain nowhere near the actual entry. We traced it to rotted decking around vent pipes plus flashing pulled away from brick — repaired the source with matching materials and water-tested it while the homeowner watched.
Wind damage the homeowner suspected but couldn’t prove. We mapped and photographed every slope to claim standards, met the adjuster on the roof, and managed the supplement when the first estimate came back short. Covered, installed, done.

Protect the property. Tear off. Inspect and replace decking. Ice-and-water shield in valleys. Underlayment. Starter course. Architectural shingles. New flashing at every penetration. Ridge vent. Final inspection, magnetic sweep, walkthrough. You get photos of each stage — the parts you’ll never see again are the parts we document most.
Nine times out of ten it’s flashing or a vent boot, not the field shingles. We find the entry, fix it with matching materials, and water-test. If the roof is too far gone for a patch to make sense, we show you why instead of selling you a patch anyway.
Hail bruises and wind-lifted tabs often don’t leak for months. Our post-storm inspection marks every damaged slope with photos an adjuster can work from — and if there’s no real damage, we say so and you don’t file a claim you can’t win.
We’re roofers, not adjusters — but we speak the language. Damage documented to claim standards, adjuster met on your roof, supplement paperwork handled when estimates come back short. You stay in control of your claim throughout.
