01 — The crew

One crew.
Every shingle accounted for.

I’m Cristian. I run Super Roofer with the same small crew on every job, and I’m on the roof with them — not in an office across town. We do one thing: roofs. We tear off what’s failed, we fix what’s rotted, and we put on a roof that handles Houston weather — the sideways rain, the hail, the hundred-degree Augusts. When we leave, the yard is cleaner than we found it. That’s the whole business model.

No subcontractor roulette. The people who inspect your roof are the people who fix it. That means the quote matches the work, and the work matches what we promised at your kitchen table — not what got lost between three different crews.

Insurance, translated. Half of Houston’s roof replacements go through insurance, and the paperwork is designed to wear you down. We document the damage the way adjusters need to see it, meet them on the roof, and keep you in the loop at every step. You shouldn’t need a law degree to get a storm-damaged roof covered.

02 — Services

What we do,
exactly.

Five services. No handyman grab-bag, no siding upsell, no pressure. If your problem isn’t on this list, we’ll tell you who to call instead.

01

Full roof replacement

Tear-off down to the deck, replace any rotted wood we find, ice-and-water shield in the valleys, new underlayment, architectural shingles, ridge vent, new flashing wherever metal meets roof. Most Houston homes are done in one to two days. We cover pools, landscaping, and AC units before the first shingle comes off, and we run magnetic sweeps for nails when we’re done — usually twice.

02

Leak repair & diagnostics

Water stains on the ceiling rarely sit directly under the leak. We trace it — failed flashing around chimneys and walls, cracked vent pipe boots, lifted shingles, clogged valleys — and fix the source, not just the symptom. Small repairs are often done the same week you call. If the roof is too far gone for a patch to make sense, we’ll say so plainly and show you why.

03

Storm & wind damage

Houston storms don’t always leave obvious holes. Hail bruises shingles, wind lifts tabs, and the damage shows up as a leak six months later. We do post-storm inspections with photos you can actually understand, mark every damaged slope, and tell you honestly whether it’s a repair, a claim, or nothing to worry about.

Insurance claim guidance

We are not adjusters and we don’t pretend to be. What we do: document damage to insurance standards, meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed, and handle the supplement paperwork when the first estimate comes back short. You stay in control of the claim; we just make sure the roof gets what it actually needs.

Ventilation & tune-ups

A roof dies early when the attic can’t breathe. We balance intake and exhaust — ridge vents, soffit vents, powered vents where they make sense — and we do annual tune-ups: reseal exposed nails, re-caulk flashing, clear debris from valleys. It’s the cheapest way to add years to a roof in Gulf Coast heat.

03 — Typical jobs

What a job
looks like.

Not a portfolio of mansions — three job shapes we do every month in Houston. Same crew, same checklist, whatever the street.

01Full replacement · 1–2 days

The full tear-off

Shingles past their life, maybe a soft spot or two in the decking. We strip it to wood, replace what’s rotted, dry it in the same day so you’re never exposed overnight, then shingle, flash, and vent it. You get before/during/after photos and a walkthrough on a ladder with me, not a PDF from an office.

  • Starts withFree inspection + written scope
  • Ends withMagnetic sweep ×2, walkthrough
  • You handleAlmost nothing
02Repair · usually same week

The leak detective

Stain on the ceiling, drip in the attic when it rains hard. We find the actual entry point — nine times out of ten it’s flashing or a vent boot, not the field shingles — and repair it properly with matching materials. Then we water-test it in front of you so you see it hold.

  • Starts withAttic + roof trace
  • Ends withWater test, photo proof

03Storm claim · 2–6 weeks

The insurance one

Hail or wind event, and you suspect the roof took it. We inspect, photograph, and mark damage to the standard adjusters work from. If there’s a legitimate claim, we meet the adjuster on your roof and manage the supplement process. If there isn’t, we tell you that too — no claim filed on our advice alone.

06 — Questions

How long does a replacement take?

Most Houston homes: one to two days. We dry-in the roof the same day we tear off, so your home is never left exposed overnight. Weather can push us a day — we’ll call you the evening before if the forecast turns.

Will you find rotted wood and charge me extra?

We price decking replacement per sheet in the original quote, so there’s no surprise multiplier. We photograph every sheet we replace and show you before it goes under the new shingles.

Do you work with my insurance?

We document damage to claim standards and meet your adjuster on the roof. The claim stays yours — we don’t take assignment of benefits or pressure you to file.

What about my yard, pool, and landscaping?

Covered before tear-off starts: tarps over landscaping, plywood over AC units, pool covers on. Then a magnetic nail sweep of the entire property when we finish. Usually twice.

Do you offer any warranty?

Manufacturer warranties on materials plus our own workmanship warranty on every install, in writing. The exact terms depend on the shingle line you choose — we walk through the paperwork before you sign anything.

Can you just patch it instead of replacing?

If a patch will genuinely buy you years, we’ll do the patch and tell you so. If the roof is done, we’ll show you why a patch is throwing money at it. Either way you get the honest version.
