Try a class01 — The studio
Studio Mile End is a movement space in the heart of Montreal — yoga, Pilates and fitness under one roof, thirteen years in the making. The teaching is creative and rigorous at once: intelligent sequences, precise alignment, music in the room, and teachers who actually watch how you move. Some classes push — strength, endurance, power. Others restore — breath, stillness, nervous-system calm. However you arrive, you leave knowing a little more about your body than when you walked in. Beginners and teachers-in-training share the same floor; the school is certified by Yoga Alliance and the Pilates Method Alliance.
