About us

We are Stonecreek Roofing, a roofing contractor working across the Phoenix metro, Tucson, and Northern Arizona since 2017. Arizona gives roofs a hard life: ultraviolet light that cooks cheap materials, daily thermal swings that work fasteners loose, and monsoon gusts that test every flashing on the roof. We have completed thousands of roofs, repairs, and inspections in this climate, and we spec every job for it. We hold GAF Master Elite certification, placing us in the top 2% of roofing contractors in North America, plus GAF's President's Club Award. Forbes has named us one of the best roofing companies in Phoenix. We carry Arizona's KB-1 license, the highest roofing license the state issues, ROC #316925, a BBB A+ rating, and membership in ARCA and TRI. Every estimate we write is detailed and fixed before work begins, because a homeowner should never meet a surprise line item after the tear-off.

Services

01Repair

Roof repair

Leaks rarely start where the stain shows up. We trace water to its source and fix the actual problem: slipped or broken tiles, lifted shingles, failed flashing around chimneys and vents, dried-out vent boots, and punctures from monsoon debris. Sample pricing for most repairs sits between $300 and $500, and your written estimate locks the number before we start.

If a repair buys your roof five more good years, we tell you. If the roof is finished, we tell you that instead. Honest scope beats a quick patch every time.

02Replacement

Full roof replacement

When repair stops making sense, we replace the whole system: tear-off down to clean decking, underlayment rated for Arizona heat, and your choice of clay or concrete tile, architectural shingle, metal, or flat/foam. Materials are chosen for UV resistance, thermal cycling, and monsoon wind — not for a catalog photo.

Most residential replacements finish in one to three days. As a GAF Master Elite contractor we can offer enhanced GAF system warranties that most roofers cannot.

03Inspection

Free roof inspections

Every job starts here. We walk the full roof, check penetrations, flashing, valleys, and drainage, and photograph everything we find. You receive written notes and a detailed, itemized estimate with no hidden fees. Buying a home, selling one, or just wondering how many summers your roof has left — the inspection is free either way, with no obligation.

04Storm

Storm & monsoon damage

Arizona monsoons hit fast: lifted tiles, torn shingles, hail bruising, and wind-driven rain finding every weak flashing. We respond quickly, dry the roof in so the damage stops spreading, and document everything with photos for your insurance claim — including meeting your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed.

05Commercial

Commercial roofing

Low-slope commercial roofs get the same treatment as residential: foam and flat systems that seal every seam into one continuous, reflective surface, installed by the same licensed crews. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for commercial work across the metro.

06Finance

Financing options

A failing roof should not have to wait until savings catch up. We offer financing options for qualified homeowners and walk through the terms in plain language during the estimate — no pressure, no fine-print surprises.

The work

01Roof types

Matched to the desert

Tile — clay and concrete tile shrug off heat and last for decades, ideal for the steep pitches across Phoenix and Scottsdale. Shingle — architectural asphalt with strong monsoon wind ratings, the budget-friendly workhorse. Metal — reflects sun instead of absorbing it and sheds monsoon rain fast. Flat and foam — one continuous sealed surface for low-slope and commercial roofs.

02Process

How a job runs

Free inspection first: full roof walk, photos of every issue, written notes. Then a detailed, itemized estimate — the number we write is the number you pay. On install day the crew tears off to clean decking, lays heat-rated underlayment, and sets your chosen material. Most homes finish in one to three days, closing with a final walkthrough. The site is left cleaner than we found it.
