Stonecreek Roofing has served the Phoenix metro and Tucson since 2017. We repair and replace residential roofs, and every job starts with a free inspection and a written estimate. No pressure, no obligation.
We are a GAF Master Elite contractor, a certification held by the top 2% of roofing contractors in North America, and a GAF President's Club Award winner. We hold Arizona's KB-1 license, the highest roofing license the state issues, ROC #316925, and we carry a BBB A+ rating.
Every estimate is detailed and itemized before work begins. The number we write down is the number you pay. Thousands of roofs, repairs, and inspections across the Valley have taught us exactly what Arizona weather does to a roof, and how to build one that stands up to it.
A roof in Arizona lives a hard life. We build for the 118-degree afternoon, the monsoon gust, and the twenty years in between.
Sample figures only. Every Stonecreek estimate is written, itemized, and fixed — no hidden fees added after the tear-off.
No fine print · No sales scripts
Most of our repairs fall between $300 and $500, shown here as sample pricing. After the free inspection you receive a written, itemized estimate. That number is the number you pay.
Most residential roofs we replace are finished in one to three days. Larger or more complex roofs can take longer, and we tell you the schedule in writing before the first shingle comes off.
Yes. We walk the roof, photograph everything we find, and send you written notes with the estimate. There is no obligation and no charge, whether you hire us or not.
GAF awards Master Elite status to roughly the top 2% of roofing contractors in North America. It requires ongoing training, verified licensing and insurance, and a documented record of quality work. We have also earned GAF's President's Club Award, and Forbes has named us one of the best roofing companies in Phoenix.
Yes. After storm or monsoon damage we document everything with photos, prepare the evidence your carrier asks for, and can meet your adjuster on the roof so nothing gets missed.
It depends on the house. Clay and concrete tile handle heat and last for decades. Asphalt shingles are the budget-friendly workhorse. Metal reflects sun and sheds monsoon rain fast. Flat and foam systems suit low-slope roofs. We recommend based on your roof's pitch, structure, and exposure, not on what we prefer to install.
Yes. We have financing options for qualified homeowners, so a failing roof does not have to wait until savings catch up. Ask during the estimate and we will walk through the terms in plain language.
Across the Phoenix metro — Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Glendale, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, and Buckeye — plus Tucson, and Northern Arizona including Payson, Prescott, Flagstaff, and Sedona.

Leaks rarely start where the stain shows up. We trace water to its source, then fix the actual problem: slipped or broken tiles, lifted shingles, failed flashing, dried-out vent boots, and punctures from monsoon debris. Small problems get honest answers too. If a repair will buy your roof five more good years, we say so. If the roof is done, we say that instead.
When repair stops making sense, we replace the whole system: tear-off to clean decking, underlayment rated for Arizona heat, and your choice of tile, shingle, metal, or flat/foam. Materials are selected for UV resistance, thermal cycling, and monsoon wind. Most homes finish in one to three days, and the site is left cleaner than we found it.
As a GAF Master Elite contractor, we can offer enhanced GAF system warranties that most roofers cannot.
Every job starts here. We walk the full roof, check penetrations, flashing, valleys, and drainage, and photograph everything. You get written notes and a detailed estimate with no hidden fees. Buying a home, selling one, or just wondering how many summers your roof has left — the inspection is free either way.
Arizona monsoons hit fast and hit hard: lifted tiles, torn shingles, hail bruising, and wind-driven rain finding every weak flashing. We respond quickly, dry the roof in so the damage stops spreading, document everything for your insurance claim, and repair or replace from there. Commercial roofs are part of the same rapid response.
