How often should a hot water unit be replaced?
Roughly every 8–12 years for most storage tanks. Rusty water, rumbling, leaks at the base or running out mid-shower are the classic signs. We'll tell you honestly whether a repair will buy real time or just delay the inevitable.
Does gas fitting need a licensed gas fitter?
Yes — it's the law in South Australia. All gas work, from a new bayonet to a full line install, must be done by a licensed gas fitter. DIY gas work is illegal, dangerous and can void your insurance. We're licensed for the lot.
Do you work with commercial clients?
Yes — cafés, offices, shops, workshops. Maintenance programs, trade waste, fit-outs and after-hours callouts, scheduled around your trading hours.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Usually 2–3 weeks for a full reno, all trades. Our plumbing — rough-in then fit-off after tiling — is typically a few days across two visits. We coordinate with your builder so the program holds.
