INDEX — SEVEN SERVICES

01

Pitched roofing

New roofs and full re-roofs in slate and plain tile: battens, breathable membrane, lead flashings and ridge details, built to the tile maker’s specification.

02

Flat roofing

Single-ply membranes, hot-applied liquid systems and traditional asphalt for flat and low-pitch roofs, detailed at skylights, parapets and outlets.

03

Lead works

Code 4–8 lead: valleys, hips, bays and flashings cut and bossed by hand — the heritage detailing that keeps older roofs weathertight for decades.

04

Hard metals

Standing-seam zinc, copper, stainless steel and aluminium for porches, bays, dormers and full roofs: long-life metalwork that barely needs upkeep.

05

Roof repairs

Leak tracing and local repairs: slipped slates, cracked tiles, failed flashing, perished mortar, worn flat-roof patches — repaired properly, not just sealed over.

06

Surveys & inspections

A measured survey with photographs of every defect, a plain-English report and a prioritised repair list — before a purchase, an insurance claim or a planned re-roof.

07

Guttering & fascias

Replacement guttering, downpipes, fascias and soffits in cast iron, aluminium or uPVC, sized to the roof and re-laid to proper falls.

SERVING

Hanwell · Ealing · Islington · Kingston · Roehampton · Hounslow · Richmond · Beaconsfield — London & the Home Counties

Forty-five years in the trade, from design level right through to the last tile. Large commercial programmes and smaller residential jobs — held to the same standard.

— THE SKYLINE STANDARD

Much of this trade is still done by hand — cutting, bossing and dressing lead, laying slates course by course. That is where the finish lives or dies.
