CHAPTER 01 — THE CALL

It starts with a sound you weren't expecting.

A hiss behind the drywall at 6:40 in the morning. A water heater that gives up the night before family flies in. A drain that has been slowing for weeks and finally stops. Call (555) 010-2030 — a local dispatcher answers, not a call center. Emergency line, answered around the clock. If it can honestly wait until morning, we'll tell you that too.

CHAPTER 02 — THE DIAGNOSIS

One price, in writing, before a wrench turns.

A licensed technician arrives in a marked truck, lays down drop cloths, and shows you exactly what failed and why. Then comes the number: one flat rate, written down. No hourly meter ticking while we work, no "we'll see once we're in there." You approve it or you don't — deciding costs nothing.

FIELD NOTE — 01

Drop cloths first

Shoe covers on, work area covered, before any tool comes out of the truck. Your floors stay yours.

FIELD NOTE — 02

No surprises on the invoice

The number on the written quote is the number you pay. Flat rate means the price reflects the job — not the clock.

FIELD NOTE — 02

Camera, not guesswork

Drain and sewer problems get a camera inspection so we fix the actual blockage — roots, grease, a collapsed section — not a symptom.

FIELD NOTE — 03

Same-visit repairs

Stocked trucks mean most repairs finish the same visit: faucets, toilets, disposals, water heater swaps.

CHAPTER 03 — THE FIX

Done to code, cleaned up after.

Years of work in Cypress and Greater Houston mean we've seen your exact problem before — slab leaks, corroded galvanized runs, water heaters past their prime, sewer laterals invaded by roots. Repairs use quality materials and meet code, no cutting corners, no skipping steps. When we leave, the work area is cleaner than we found it.

CHAPTER 04 — THE WARRANTY

Then we stand behind it. In writing.

Every repair leaves with a written warranty. If our work fails inside the warranty period, we come back and make it right — no argument, no service fee debate. That's the whole business model: show up, fix it, stand behind it. Family-owned means our name is on every truck.

Asked at the door

Is it really flat rate — no hourly charges?

Yes. The price is set by the job, not the clock. It's written down before we start and it doesn't change when the invoice comes.

Do you come out at night or on weekends?

The emergency line is answered — call anytime and same-day visits are standard. Nights and weekends cost the same flat-rate honesty — we'll quote first either way.

Who will be in my house?

Licensed, background-checked technicians trained in-house — never day labor. Marked trucks, uniforms, and shoe covers.

Where do you work?

Cypress and Greater Houston, Texas — residential and commercial, including Katy, Tomball, Spring, and surrounding Harris County.

What if the repair fails later?

It's covered by a written warranty. Call us and we return to make it right.

END OF REEL — 04 / 04

Your turn.
Make the call.
