Do I need experience? +

No. All classes are all levels — no experience necessary. Heated Hatha is the gentlest first class.

What should I bring? +

A mat, a towel and water — almost all classes are heated. Mat rental $3, towel rental $2.

What is the cancellation policy? +

$25 late-cancel fee within 2 hours of class or for no-shows.

Do you have showers? +

No. Cubbies in the lobby and lockers in the locker area — bring your own lock.

Where do I park? +

Free Park and Ride under I-5, a few blocks from the studio — or street parking.
