01 — The room

Heat first.
Everything else follows.

Almost every class at shefayoga Roosevelt is heated — that is the studio's whole thesis. Warm muscles, honest sweat, and an hour where the only thing on the agenda is your own breath. The room sits two blocks off the main drag in Roosevelt, a few blocks from the free Park and Ride under I-5, and runs from early morning to late evening, seven days a week. Every class is all levels. No experience is necessary, and none is assumed.

02 — The classes

Nine formats,
one hot room.

Heated Vinyasa 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

The daily driver. Breath-linked flow through standing series, balances and deep stretches. Move the whole hour; leave wrung out in the best way.

Heated Power Vinyasa 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Turn the dial up. Faster transitions, longer holds, core work woven through. Modifications always offered — strong is not the same as advanced.

Heated Sculpt & Flow 50 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Yoga meets resistance. Light weights and high reps layered over vinyasa. Fifty minutes, zero wasted.

Heated Slow Flow & Sound Bath 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Downshift. Unhurried movement melting into a guided sound bath. The class regulars book when the week has been too much.

Hot 26&2 70 MIN · ALL LEVELS

The original sequence. Twenty-six postures, two breathing exercises, same order every time. Clarifying, disciplined, repeatable.

Hot Mat Pilates 45 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Forty-five minutes of core. Pilates fundamentals on the mat in a heated room. Pairs brutally well with vinyasa days.

Heated Hatha 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Slow down to learn. Classic postures held longer with detailed alignment cues. The best first class if you have never done yoga.

Yin 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Hold and breathe. Long passive stretches for hips, hamstrings and spine. Bring the tightness; leave without it.

Restorative 60 MIN · ALL LEVELS

Supported rest. Bolsters, blankets and gravity do the work while your nervous system stands down.
