Intro — 2 weeks unlimited
Two full weeks of every heated class on the schedule. The fastest way to find out if the heat is for you. Mat rental included on your first visit.
Sample pricingHeated vinyasa, power flow, hot 26&2 and yin — taught daily in a state-of-the-art hot room on Roosevelt Way NE. Walk in as you are; every class is all levels, and the heat does the talking.
The studio
Almost every class we teach is heated. That is the whole point: warm muscles, honest sweat, and a room that asks you to pay attention. Our teachers run heated vinyasa and power flow for people who want to move, hot 26&2 for people who want discipline, and yin and sound-bath slow flows for everyone who needs to land. Bring a mat, a towel and water — or rent ours at the desk. No experience is necessary and none is assumed. Park free under I-5, leave your shoes and your phone at the door, and take the hour for yourself.
③ — THE TEACHERS④ — THE RITUALThe daily driver. Breath-linked flow through standing series, balances and deep stretches in a heated room. Expect to move the whole hour and leave wrung out in the best way.
02Turn the dial up. Faster transitions, longer holds, core work woven through the flow. Modifications are always offered — strong does not mean advanced.
03Yoga meets resistance. Light weights and high reps layered over vinyasa sequencing. Fifty minutes, zero wasted.
04Downshift. Unhurried movement that melts into a guided sound bath. The class regulars book when the week has been too much.
05The original sequence. Twenty-six postures, two breathing exercises, same order every time. Less strict than old-school Bikram, just as clarifying.
06Forty-five minutes of core. Pilates fundamentals on the mat in a heated room. Pairs brutally well with vinyasa days.
07Slow down to learn. Classic postures held longer with detailed alignment cues. The best first class if you have never done yoga.
08Hold and breathe. Long passive stretches targeting hips, hamstrings and spine. Bring the tightness; leave without it.
09Supported rest. Bolsters, blankets and gravity do the work while your nervous system stands down. Pajamas-adjacent attire encouraged.

Good to know
No. All classes are all levels and no experience is necessary. Heated Hatha or a slow flow is the gentlest first class; power vinyasa welcomes beginners too — take every modification offered.
A mat, a towel and water — almost all classes are heated. We rent mats for $3 and towels for $2, and sell drinks at the desk.
$25 late-cancel fee if you cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up. Reservations are recommended for night and weekend classes; walk-ins are welcome.
No showers. We have cubbies in the lobby and lockers in the locker area — bring your own lock. There is no storage for personal mats; anything left behind is treated as lost & found and donated after 48 hours.
Ages 12 and up may practice; 12–14 year olds need an interview with the studio manager first. Children may not wait in the lobby during class. Only ADA-trained service animals are allowed in practice rooms.
